Shortish and reasonably local. Up on the Jeht, really struggling after gardening and choring all day and after yesterday's Stooge. My cold now has hayfever (from the gale norwesters) added to it, so my breathing sucked. Walked a bit of the grunter and topped out, then nice Thompson #1 and back up the road. Down around the jumps into Worm and onto the Traverse to the end and back. Then into Upper Fenceline across above Cool Runnings then hard left up zag and zig towards the top again, passing under the new jump on Pedalfine and across the fence below the see-saw. 
From here, down the usuals - rocks - gums and the rest, still greasy in the oaks, all the way down to H'Ell, clamber, home.

Lovely jubbly. 11.5 kms with 381 m self administered.
Tested the 'cold' on Monday night and it turned out to be Influenza A... probably shouldn't have been riding at all.
